- One sweet onion
- One yam or sweet potato
- Large bag of carrots
- Piece of Ginger (depending on how strong you want it)
- One can of coconut milk
- Turmeric (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika powder and parsley for decoration
Cut up all ingredients.
You can either boil it, or put it in a slow-cooker. Add salt and/or pepper to taste.
Once cooked add the can of coconut milk, blend in a good blender like the Vitamix, which makes it nice and creamy.
Sprinkle some paprika and parsley on it, to make it look nice!
Ready to serve!
